Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the websites, portals, APIs, or software services provided by RattanShanti Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, school, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using or accessing our platforms and services.

RattanShanti Group provides a multi-tenant technology ecosystem. These Terms govern your use of our corporate resources and our specialized platforms:

• Commerce Radar: Digital commerce infrastructure, product listing systems, and checkout portals.
• Pragyra: Educational course builders, assignment checkers, and student monitoring dashboards.
• Arovia Health: Health data analytics and integration services.
• Yantrix Industrial: Equipment telemetry monitors, anomaly detection models, and maintenance trackers.
• Sereniq Wellness: Mindfulness utilities, mood tracking interfaces, and mental wellness recommendations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform feature, interface, or service database at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of our platforms, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (usernames and passwords).
• Accept full responsibility for all activities, transactions, and data modifications occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at our support email if you suspect or detect any unauthorized access or security breach.

Age Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an individual account. For Pragyra, students under 18 may access the learning portal only under the direct supervision and setup of a registered school administrator, teacher, or legal guardian.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services strictly in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of our codebase, stylesheets, or proprietary algorithms.
• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or manual scraper to index, harvest, or extract database records.
• Upload or transmit files containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or logic bombs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the networks, servers, or API endpoints hosting our services (such as DDoS attacks).
• Use our platforms to transmit unsolicited marketing emails, spam, or promotional bulk messages.
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

The platforms, websites, user interfaces, design assets, illustrations, animations, database architectures, source code, and trademarks (including “RattanShanti” and all corresponding product logos) are the exclusive property of RattanShanti Group and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our brand assets, logos, or corporate naming conventions in connection with any third-party product or service without our prior written consent.

Certain services, SaaS tiers, or commercial transactions (Commerce Radar purchases, Pragyra premium accounts) require payment of fees:

• Subscriptions: Recurring service charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing anniversary.
• Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days prior notice before price adjustments take effect.
• Refund Policy: Except as required by local consumer laws or explicitly stated during checkout, all subscription fees and transaction purchases are non-refundable.
• Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes must be submitted to us in writing within 14 days of the charge date, or the claim is waived.

Our services contain integrations and links to external websites, APIs, and services (such as Firebase auth, Stripe payments, and Google Analytics).

We do not control, monitor, or endorse the content, policies, or technical stability of these third-party platforms. You acknowledge that RattanShanti Group is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or transaction failure originating from your interaction with external providers.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RattanShanti Group disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platforms will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data losses.

Important Health Disclosures (Arovia Health & Sereniq Wellness): Any wellness, heart rate, sleep analytics, or mindfulness recommendations provided by our applications are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment. Always consult a qualified physician for medical guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RattanShanti Group, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, losses of profit, revenue, business goodwill, data corruptions, or equipment downtime.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be strictly capped at the total amount paid by you to RattanShanti Group for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account and restrict your access to any of our platforms immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our platforms ceases immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by navigating to your account profile settings or contacting our support team. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability caps, and dispute resolution clauses).

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your relationship with RattanShanti Group shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the country/state of our primary corporate incorporation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by recognized dispute bodies. You and RattanShanti Group agree to waive any right to resolve disputes in court or participate in a class-action lawsuit.

This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief or initiating claims in local small claims court.
