We collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data depending on which of our platforms you interact with:

A. General Account & Contact Data

First and last name, email address, username, profile password, billing address, and phone number.

B. E-Commerce Transactions (Commerce Radar)

Order details, delivery instructions, and purchase histories. Payments are processed securely via certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not directly store or see your full credit card number or bank credentials.

C. Academic & School Records (Pragyra)

Course enrollments, progression, assessment marks, school/institutional affiliation, and digital learning activity.

D. Sensitive Health & Wellness Data (Arovia Health & Sereniq Wellness)

Subject to your explicit active consent: physical activity metrics, sleep patterns, heart rate, and mood ratings. We process this data with high-grade isolation and encryption, using it only to provide customized wellness feedback.

E. Telemetry & Device Data (Industrial AI / IoT)

Device IDs, connection statuses, machine runtimes, temperature telemetry, error logs, and operator activity reports.

3. How We Use Your Data

RattanShanti Group operates globally, with primary databases residing in Google Cloud datacenters (US, Europe, and India regions). Consequently, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your home jurisdiction.

For transfers involving residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries lacking an adequacy decision, we execute standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to guarantee a commensurate standard of data protection.

We have instituted modern security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, altered, disclosed, or accessed in an unauthorized manner:

For Pragyra, when used in educational school environments, the client educational institution (school or school district) acts as the primary controller and provides authorization for the collection of student information, acting on behalf of parents as permitted by COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and FERPA.
